Where do you ship to?

Bella’s Segreto ships to the contiguous 48 states, the District of Columbia, Alaska*. and Hawaii*. Some items have shipping restrictions to Shipping options offered during checkout and may vary based upon the shipping address provided.

*Note: Please allow extra time for shipments to Hawaii & Alaska, shipping may take 30 days. 

Can I ship to PO boxes & hotels?

Due to security reasons, we do not ship to hotels or P.O. boxes, unless the address is a university address.

Can I change my shipping address?

For security reasons, it is not possible for us to change your shipping address once an order has been placed.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

A shipping confirmation email is sent when all or part of your order is on its way to you. This email will also include the tracking information for your shipment. As items may ship at different times, from different fulfillment centers including our partners, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with an update on each individual item. Please allow up to 24-48 business hours from receiving the shipping confirmation, to have visibility to carrier tracking data and tracking movement.

What are your shipping methods & delivery times?

Items usually ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted by availability in the product details. 

Standard delivery takes 4-8 business days for the continental US and will be shipped with UPS, UPS SurePost, FedEx, SmartPost, or US Postal Service. Orders shipping to AK and HI are sent via standard shipping and may take up to 30 days to be delivered.  If you need the order to arrive sooner, expedited shipping is available at checkout.  Please note that additional fees may apply.  

What do I do if I don’t receive my package?

If the tracking information for your package says delivered and you have not received it, we recommend checking with any neighbors, housemates, or leasing offices who may have received the parcel on your behalf. We would also suggest reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to see if they can provide you with additional delivery information. If your package still has not shown up within the 3 business days of the delivery date, please reach out to us at and we will look into it for you.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

You hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment, that you do not provide payment for reshipping within 14 days of email notification of the return of the item, the product will be disposed of without refund.

Will my items be shipped in one package?

If your order includes several items, we may ship them separately and at different times in order to get them to you faster. They may ship directly from different partners. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know what is being shipped with its carrier and tracking information.

How will my furniture order be shipped?

All furniture deliveries require a valid telephone number. Please ensure this is entered in the shipping information on your order.

Large pieces of furniture or shipments that cannot be delivered by standard parcel post methods and will arrive via freight. Please be aware the standard freight service is curbside which means, your item(s) will be delivered onto the curb at the end of your driveway. Curbside delivery does not include set up or assembly of items, nor removal of packaging materials. Once the order has cleared processing, pending availability, and credit card authorization, the delivery company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Freight delivery generally takes 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase but may take up to 5 weeks.

Carrier tracking information will be provided by the carrier once your delivery has been scheduled. For status updates on your scheduled delivery please contact the carrier directly with either your reference or tracking information.


What is your returns policy?

Returns are for defective products only and must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with all tags attached and all packaging included. Return time frames are either 7 days (from the delivery date) or Final Sale. If a product is a “Final Sale” it will be indicated in the item’s description located on the product page. Pieces sent back after the return period or without original packaging and the security tag attached, will not be refunded or returned and will be disposed of. Our system prevents prepaid shipping labels and return authorization forms from being created past the returns window. Be advised that all returns have a 7-day shipping window from the day the RMA is assigned. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

*Important Note: Late returns will not be accepted past their indicated returns period and no refund will be issued.

Final sale items are excluded and can not be returned. 

A fee of $14.95 will be deducted from your refund for the first return label created per order. If you have multiple returns on the same order, a fee of $4.95 for each additional return label will apply. Please note that outbound shipping charges are not refunded when making a return.

We do not accept returns of face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks will not be eligible for any form of credit or reshipping and will be disposed of.

REMINDER: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

How do I make a return?

Step 1: If you have an account, please log in and view your order to start your return process. 

Step 2: If your order is eligible for online returns, and is within the allowed return window, you will see a link that says “Create a Return Label” on the Order History page of your account. If you see a link that says “Click here for Returns,” please contact customer service at to start your return. Indicate your order number and the items you would like to return and someone will follow up with you to create an RMA & provide a shipping label.

Please note: We accept returns within 7 days* of delivery unless items are marked ‘Final Sale.’ All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

Do you offer exchanges?

Products on the Bella’s Segreto site are often custom creations or available in very limited quantities for only a short period of time and as we have many suppliers we are NOT able to offer exchanges.

What are the charges for return shipping?

A fee of $14.95 will be deducted from your refund for the first return label created per order. If you have multiple returns on the same order, a fee of $4.95 for each additional return label will apply. Please note that outbound shipping charges are not refunded when making a return.

How do I return multiple items from one order?

Bella’s Segreto has extended its product offering and included a wider variety of products through our partner and affiliated companies. Products may ship from different locations and need to be returned to the correct address.

When returning a product, you will be presented with a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA number and a shipping label. Please be sure to follow the directions given for each product you are trying to return. There is a chance that you will receive different RMAs and shipping labels for multiple items within one order. In order to receive your refund, please follow the RMA instructions, package products separately, and apply the appropriate shipping label to each return. Bella’s Segreto is unable to process your refund if products are returned to the incorrect address.

When will I receive my refund?

Returns will be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive your package. If an RMA is not provided with your refund delays can take up to 2 weeks

Depending on your card issuer your refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your billing statement.

Can I return Fragrance & Skincare?

Fragrance and skincare returns are accepted on merchandise that is in original, unopened, and unused condition (including all packaging) within 7 days from the delivery date unless the item is marked ‘Final Sale.’ Items that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return.

What does Final Sale mean?

FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. If you have questions on sizing, please contact us.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;

2. sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
